2021/2022 Johannesburg Water Customer Satisfaction Survey
Johannesburg Water (JW) rolled out the annual customer satisfaction survey effective from 1st June 2022. An independent research service provider, Molemotheo, has been appointed to conduct this exercise on our behalf.
Through this survey, JW will have an appropriate measure of customer satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with its water and sanitation services offering to the residents of the City of Johannesburg (CoJ). The survey will also enable us to identify ways in which we can improve our customer experience and pinpoint areas that need improvement, as well as ways in which we can effectively meet the customers’ needs.
We plead with residents to spare a few minutes of their time and kindly afford Molemotheo’s Field Workers an opportunity to collect the required data, either by completing a manual questionnaire or online, click https://s.surveyplanet.com/5w91ky0r

Douglasdale
Major burst pipe on Crawford Drive, Douglasdale. The team was unable to commence with repairs as water could not be isolated. A larger area will be isolated this morning to enable the team to complete repairs. The estimated completion time is 4pm.

Please kindly note that there is a major burst pipe at corner Sunset Ave and Whitehills Blvd in Lonehill. Water is being isolated due the major burst. There is no estimated time for completion.

• Pineslopes

Maintenance work at the Rand Water’s Vereeniging purification plant and Weltevreden is completed. They are ramping up the pumps at Vereeniging, and the lines at Weltevreden is charged, and Johannesburg Water meters are open.
Water supply to the affected direct fed areas should be restored during the cause of the morning.
Johannesburg Water urges residents to continue reducing consumption during this period and use water for essential purposes only.
We continue to monitoring the affected systems and further updates will be provided.
Johannesburg Water apologises to customers for the inconvenience caused.
