Commando System update
The Commando System experienced a decline in the overall system since Monday. Overall, the system remains critically low. High-lying areas will experience poor pressure to no water and Johannesburg Water continues to provide alternative water supply to the critically affected areas.

Crosby reservoir
Water levels at the Crosby reservoir dropped slightly compared to Monday, and poor pressure to no water may be experienced, particularly in high-lying areas.

Hursthill 1 and 2 reservoirs
The Hursthill 1 reservoir water levels remain the same, although continue to be low, while Hursthill 2 is critically low to almost empty. Hursthill 1 is reconfigured to boost capacity, while Hursthill 2 will be closed overnight. Alternative water supply in the form of roaming tankers will be available.

Brixton reservoir and tower
The Brixton reservoir and tower remain stable, and Johannesburg Water continues to monitor the system.
